We built the first one

In 2018 we developed and built the first detached single-family build-to-rent community in the United States — and the first in Georgia. The model has since spread nationwide. We're still building them, now across Georgia and into Florida.

A Summit Pointe home is a house, not an apartment: detached, with a private yard and a two-car garage, on a real street in a real neighborhood. Residents get the space and privacy of ownership without the mortgage, the closing costs, or the roof repair.

Because the same family of companies develops, builds and manages each community, there's no gap between who built the house and who answers the phone when something needs fixing.
