About Us

Bud Allen has spent more than 35 years in real estate development, building, owning and managing shopping centers, office parks, distribution centers and build-to-rent communities. With over $100 million in properties owned and managed, he has built a vertically integrated development, construction and management company that competes as a low-cost, high-value innovator.

In 2018 he developed and built the first detached single-family build-to-rent community in the United States — an industry that has since exploded. Today he and his team have built over 2,000 homes.

Bud is an avid pilot who has flown everything from gliders to jets, and he flies transplant teams to donor locations in the company jet. He is also a mountain climber, having summited Denali, Kilimanjaro, Vinson in Antarctica, Aconcagua and Elbrus, with three expeditions to Everest. He has logged more than 50,000 lifetime running miles and once rode 1,000 kilometers in six days across southern Africa to raise funds for child relief.

Faith and family come first. He has led more than 25 working witness teams building clinics, schools and churches throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, and is a frequent public speaker. Above all he is proud of his family: his wife Terri, two daughters and their husbands, and four grandchildren.

Terri has been part of Allen Development Group since its inception and a key decision maker on every major corporate decision. Over 20 years in the corporate world she built an extensive background in finance and cash asset management.

She moved from an early career in credit unions to an executive administrative role supporting the senior leadership of one of America’s largest banks, then to handling the cash assets of United Way of Michigan, one of the largest United Ways in the country. Her career went on to include managing credit unions and a senior position with an organization much like the FDIC that insured them. Her final role before joining ADG full time was in the senior credit office of one of the largest battery manufacturers in the US.

Terri is actively involved with numerous charities, her faith being an integral part of who she is. She is a proud mother to two daughters and Nana to four grandchildren.

Jennifer started her real estate career as a realtor in the Atlanta market before joining Allen Development Group as property manager for the first build-to-rent community in the state of Georgia. She went on to become President of Summit Pointe Development Group, overseeing management of all multifamily assets.

With a career spanning nearly three decades, Clint brings deep experience and unwavering dedication to his role, ensuring the successful execution of diverse construction and development projects.

Clint has worked across a wide array of projects, ranging from US Army Corps of Engineers work to commercial and residential development.

Jason began as a marketing manager for the company’s multifamily assets, and his role soon evolved into the crucial link between construction and management.

As that liaison, Jason ensures construction quality, contracts and costs align with the company’s objectives.

Dayna has worked in real estate for the past 10 years and manages all commercial leasing and build-outs for Allen Development Group. She also sells residential real estate in the Columbus and Phenix City area.

She is a member of River of Life church in Hamilton, Georgia, and is married to Bobby Greer.

Heidi Sanchez is the comptroller at Allen Development Group.
