Allen Development Group is the commercial arm of the family. We develop, build, lease and manage retail centers, office parks, distribution centers and warehouse space — more than 2.65 million square feet delivered to local and national tenants across the Southeast.
Most developers hand a project off three or four times before a tenant opens the doors. We don't. Development, construction and management all happen in house, which means build-outs move faster, cost less, and one company stays accountable for the result.
