Jennifer started her real estate career as a realtor in the Atlanta market, before joining  Allen Development Group as the Property Manager for the first build to rent community in the state of Georgia.  She continued on to assume the role of President of Summit Pointe Management Group, overseeing the management of all multifamily assets within the Allen Development Group portfolio.

Over the past 5 years, she has been an integral part in the acquisition and development of build-for-rent communities in multiple markets across the Southeast, further contributing to the growth and success of the company. She continues to learn all aspects of the business, as she follows in her father's footsteps to carry forward the family business, ensuring its generational legacy.

Jennifer has a deep passion for supporting children and actively participates in local community programs, including volunteering as a tutor with Truth Spring. 

She and her infinitely patient husband, Jason, have two wonderful sons, Jack and Rowan.  Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and traveling, and lively arguments about politics with her coworkers.

With a career spanning nearly three decades, Clint brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and unwavering dedication to his role, ensuring the successful execution of diverse construction and development projects.

Clint has demonstrated his versatility by working on a wide array of projects, ranging from US Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE) initiatives to military housing construction and numerous commercial undertakings. His hands-on experience and meticulous attention to detail have consistently ensured the successful completion of projects of varying scales and complexity.

Clint's journey is marked by his service with the US Army's 3/75 Ranger Battalion, where he displayed exceptional courage and commitment to duty. Unfortunately, his dedication came at a personal cost, as he was severely injured during a combat parachute jump and subsequently medically discharged. His military background has instilled in him invaluable qualities such as discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic, all of which continue to serve as pillars of his professional success.

Clint enjoys flying, and finds immense joy in his family life. He has been happily married to the love of his life, April, for 15 years, and together, they are proud parents to two remarkable boys.

Outside of work and family life, Clint is an avid camping and hunting enthusiast. He is an active member of his church, where he enjoys serving the community and participating in mission trips abroad, extending his commitment to making a positive impact beyond the borders of his own country.

Jason began his journey as a marketing manager for the company's multifamily assets, but his role soon evolved to become the crucial link between construction and management.

In his capacity as a liaison, Jason ensures that construction quality, contracts, and costs align with the company's objectives, allowing them to thrive in each unique market and provide the best possible experience for residents. His oversight extends to all multifamily staff and properties within Allen Development Group, a task he relishes for the challenge it presents in balancing company needs with client satisfaction.

Outside of his professional life, Jason is a devoted family man. He shares his life with his lovely wife, Jennifer, and their two amazing sons. Jason enjoys coaching and playing with his boys and traveling.

In his spare time, he's a Brazilian jiu-jitsu enthusiast, honing his skills on the mat, and also a gifted musician who enjoys playing the drums and writing music.
